Arrow Springs Chapel will be shown by appointment only during the day and evening. Call us at 449-9603 to make arrangements. 

 Reservations

 A non-rufundable reservation fee of $300 is required to reserve the Chapel & Reception Hall.  The balance of your package is due 90 days prior to the event.  All upgrades must be paid two weeks before the event.  All payments must be made by the due date or  reservation/deposit will be forfeited and event considered cancelled.

PACKAGE FEES:        
No package fees will be returned within 90 days of the scheduled event.   

Postponements & Date Changes:Postponements & Date Changes  must be made in writing 75 days before the event takes place and subject to availability and a $50 fee. 

Damage Deposit: 

A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required three weeks prior to the event.  The deposit will be applied to any damage you or your guest may cause.  The deposit will be returned within one week of your event. Any of the following could cause you to lose your damage deposit.

 Rental Guideline Conditions

• No permanent or temporay fasteners may be used to hang anything.
• No rice or birdseed may be thrown.
• Bubbles and bells would be acceptable.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
• Beer,Wine & Champagne are the only forms of alcohol permitted on the grounds of Arrow Springs. (Must have security $75)
• Any damage to the grounds or facility. 

 Agreemants of the Rental Party

• Arrow Springs Chapel LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, stolen, missing, or damaged poperty incurred by you or your guest.
• Guests agree to release an not hold Arrow Springs Chapel LLC harmless, including any attorney fees and costs incurred, from all claims , demands, suits or judgements from use of the Chapel or Receptions area including, but not limited to any damages incurred, injury, or even death.
• Arrow Springs Chapel LLC will not be responsible for any power failure or any electrical equipment failure which might occur prior and during any event.

 Questions & Answers

 How many Guest will the Chapel & Banquet facility hold?
It will hold 110-150 depending on the event. 

Can you handle your own catering?
Yes 

Is dancing allowed?
Yes

Can you use your own vendors?
Yes, just clear all vendors ahead of time. 

What time can the Bakery and Florist deliver to the chapel?
Only during your rental time. 

Can we arive before the scheduled rental time?
No, you must arrive at the start of your rental time.

Do we need to bring our own music?
Yes if you want anything out of the ordinary. 
We will have the standard ceremony music. 

Are the candles provided?
Yes, except for the unity candle.
